Active Salt is a high-sodium electrolyte mix designed for athletes, sauna users, and anyone who sweats heavily. It contains only 4 ingredients: Sodium Citrate, Himalayan Pink Salt, Potassium Citrate, and Magnesium Citrate.

It tastes salty. We don't add sweeteners or flavoring to mask the taste. Most people mix it with water and drink it quickly, or add it to juice or a smoothie if they prefer.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seal the bag after each use to prevent moisture absorption. No refrigeration needed.

One portion (4.1g) mixed into 300-500ml of water is the standard serving. Most active people use 1-2 portions daily. Start with one and adjust based on your activity level and sweat rate.
