These Terms of Service govern your use of the SALZ Essentials website (salzessentials.com) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

SALZ Essentials is a food and beverage brand based in Thailand. Our products are registered as food products with the Thai FDA (อย.), not dietary supplements or medicines.

Our products are classified as food and beverage items and are registered with the Thai FDA accordingly. We do not make medical claims about our products.

Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before changing your diet or electrolyte intake.

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes.

Payment is accepted via PromptPay (bank transfer). Orders are confirmed manually upon receipt of payment. You will receive confirmation via LINE or email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Thailand. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2-5 business days via Flash Express or J&T Express.

International shipping is not currently available.

Unopened bags, still fully sealed in their original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. No reason is required.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Because these are food products, we cannot accept opened bags, or packaging damaged to the point where the product can no longer be sold.

To request a return, contact us at hello@salzessentials.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned product reaching us, via the original payment method.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product formulations — is the property of SALZ Essentials. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

SALZ Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
