Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

2-5 business days via Flash Express or J&T Express, depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via LINE or email once your order is dispatched.

Returns

Unopened bags, still fully sealed in their original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We cannot accept opened bags, or packaging damaged to the point where the product can no longer be sold.

To start a return, email hello@salzessentials.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of the return arriving.
