SALZ Essentials is a food and beverage brand based in Thailand. We sell electrolyte products directly to consumers through this website.

We collect the following personal data when you place an order or contact us:

• Name — to process and deliver your order
• Email address — for order confirmation and communication
• Phone number — for delivery coordination
• Shipping address — to deliver your order

We also store cart data in your browser's localStorage for your convenience. This data never leaves your device unless you place an order.

• Processing and fulfilling your orders
• Communicating with you about your order status
• Responding to your inquiries and support requests
• Improving our products and services

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our advertisements lead to orders. It sets cookies in your browser (such as _gcl_aw) and records the ad click identifier from the link you arrived through.

When you complete an order, we also send Google a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email address, phone number, and name so the order can be matched back to the ad you clicked. Google cannot reverse the hash to read the original values, and we do not send your data to Google for any other purpose.

We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel in the same way, to measure which of our advertisements lead to orders. It sets cookies in your browser (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from an advertisement) and records the ad click identifier from the link you arrived through. When you complete an order we send Meta a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email address, phone number, name, and delivery city, province and postcode, together with the order value — some of it from your browser and some directly from our server, so that a single order is never counted twice. Meta cannot reverse the hash to read the original values.

We use no other third-party tracking or analytics tools. We do not track your browsing across other websites, and we run no advertising in the EU or UK — visitors in Europe are opted out of the Meta pixel automatically.

If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies in your browser, opt out of personalised advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and adjust your Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data with:

• Delivery services (Flash Express, J&T Express) — name, phone, and address for shipping
• Payment processors — payment confirmation only, we do not store payment details
• Google — hashed contact details and order value, for advertising measurement only (see section 4)
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — hashed contact details and order value, for advertising measurement only (see section 4)

We retain order data for the duration required by Thai tax and accounting regulations (typically 5 years). Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Request data portability
• Object to data processing

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
