How to Use

Mix one scoop (4.1g) into 500–1000 mL of water or drink of preference. Stir or shake until dissolved. Taste is intentionally neutral — no flavoring, no sweetness. Take before, during, or after exercise, sauna, or any time you need to replenish electrolytes.

Safe to take multiple servings per day. The 5:1 sodium-to-potassium ratio is designed for repeated dosing without risk of hyperkalemia.

Dosing Guide

Generally we recommend about 1 scoop in the morning for most people on a low sodium diet and an additional scoop per hour of mild sweating. Heavy sweating means you need more. Individual needs vary, so start on the lower end and dose up when you feel cramps, headaches and slow reaction times.
